You Don’t Have To Do This By Yourself…….

You Don’t Have To Do This By Yourself…………………

June is a month of new beginnings for many people, myself included and while the changes are ultimately positive, it doesn’t mean these changes are easy to go through.

The Universe has been pushing all of us to get out of bad jobs, or relationships that no longer work for us. Living situations that are bad for our health, health concerns that we haven’t been taking care of. It’s a time of new beginnings and the energy out  there like that full moon on Tuesday night is all for our benefit if we can look at it that way. The energy is saying “look honestly at your life and eliminate what no longer works and here’s the energy to help you with that.”

New beginnings are good if we can remember that we are here to grow and develop ourselves to our highest potential. If we don’t look at life that way, it can be tough trying to understand all the challenges we face each day.

Something that came to me this week in meditation is to ask for help and stop feeling bad about my shortcomings. My memory has gotten very bad. I can have a conversation with someone and literally half an hour later completely forget we talked. My friends and students have all noticed it and I get very critical with myself which doesn’t help the situation at all. I’ve been tested for Dementia and Alzheimers and neither are what’s happening and so the question that comes to me is, does this have to do with my psychic abilities since I am open to this side of the veil and the other side. I can communicate with the living and the deceased and I wonder if walking that fine line is what is making my memory so fuzzy. Is that what causes all the headaches I get? Or is it simply caffeine and occasional gluten?

I have supplements for Brain Function and it helps when I remember to take it. I’ve finally given in and write notes to myself everywhere. But this week, I’ve taken it a step further. I’m asking people to help me remember things and what I’ve noticed is that I don’t feel so alone with this anymore. It is what it is and instead of berating myself about it, I’m asking friends for help. I’m also telling people NOT to take it personal if I don’t remember our conversations. I’m being open with people about needing help with it and people are being great. I’m also reaching out to the healers in my Healing Pen Pal program which is one of the reasons for this blog today.

Are you going through something right now, trying to do it all by yourself? Do you need some help? Mentally, emotionally, physically, soulfully, spiritually? I have a very special program called the Healing Pen Pal program. There are close to 200 dedicated healers in this program who volunteer their time sending healing to people that request it and it’s FREE. Have you ever heard of Absentee Healing? There’s a story in the Bible about a man who came to Jesus and asked him to please come to his home and heal his son and Jesus told him to go home and he would find his son healed. That is Absentee Healing. Jesus didn’t need to go and be with him in person in order for the healing to happen. He told the man because of his faith, his son was healed. He was open to receiving healing and he received it.

To reap the benefits of this program, it’s very simple. All you need to do is email Penpals@echobodine.com and give us your name, the city and state you live in and what you would like healing for.  Our coordinators, Sybil or Cathy will assign a healer to you that will send you healing for 15 days.

The testimonials we have received from around the globe are amazing. A true testament to the Gift of Healing.  If you need healing, let us help you. Simply email us and the healing journey begins. ALL WE ASK IN RETURN IS THAT YOU LET US KNOW HOW YOU’RE DOING AFTER 15 DAYS AND IF YOU NEED MORE HEALING.

Have a great weekend.

Great post! I was just thinking yesterday about how grateful I was to the Healing Helper that gave me healing for a month long distance last year. It was like someone flipped a switch and I felt like a normal, pain-free person for a month. Thank you so much to you and your healers for offering such a great service!!!

It’s good you have an understanding support system you can lean on. I know what you mean about the supplements working when you remember to take them. I’m the same way!

Also, I was thinking yesterday I would love to have a reading with you sometime, though I know you’re busy. I swear, it’s like you wrote this blog for me! It must be overwhelming at times for you to have so many people sending you their thoughts from both sides of the veil. Thanks for all your blog posts and your great work. Take care!

Thanks Echo!!!! Always appreciate hearing your experience, strength, and hope. Clearing out what doesn’t work seems big right now for everyone. And I can relate to the memory thing. Thanks!

Echo…OMG….sometimes our brains just can’t hold all the information we receive just in this realm. I’m in H.R. I hear EVerything…..and because it’s so personal at times, i have a brain that dumps it. I cannot repeat it, so why keep it? I’m not sure when it started, but I do know that I have had to apologize to many when they say, “but I TOLD you…” and I say, but I wasn’t sure we would ever readdress it…so I made sure I never would. I don’t keep stuff that I can’t share or shouldn’t share. It’s there. Buried. But my psyche knows I can’t keep it “up front.” Maybe? this could be happening to you….you hear SO much. Maybe self is telling you to lighten the load a smidgen. Thank God for loving and trusted friends. We are lucky people in our community. And you are very much loved. Thank you for sharing this. It’s so very sincerely appreciated. ~Beckey

    Hi Echo,

There is a website called lumosity.com and it really helps with brain plasticity. It could really help your memory. You play fun games and out is fun!
Check it out, I hope it helps.

Light, love and energy sent to you, my dear friend and mentor. As a nurse and an empath , I have a couple of thoughts. Women our age often have a magnesium deficit . If you are not already taking them a good idea to begin . Magnesium deficit is the leading cause of forgetfulness. Second, this is not gluten , also even though this is summer vitamin D deficiency is still vey common in Minnesosa. Most women need 10,000 mg per day . Dietary wise , stop as much proceeded as possible . Eat berries and raw vegetables , you are very much low in antioxidants .

What a wonderful new website. I’m going to forward it to my friends. All the information you have given on this “dreaded” topic will be valuable to everyone.

I’ve enjoyed following you, and am happy for the beautiful expansion of opportunities for you to offer your many gifts. Continued Good Fortune!

About the memory thing, I’m telling myself, it’s just one of those “bugs” going around! 🙂
