I like to think of Reiki as a peaceful massage for your Soul.Reiki works on our different levels of being; the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, enhancing everything in life. Reiki techniques are used to heal the body, mind, and spirit. The word Reiki is made from two Japanese words – Rei meaning “God’s Wisdom or Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy.” Reiki promotes whole body healing, reduces stress, and offers relaxation.

Reiki is administered by “laying on hands” and the transfer of positive healing energy from practitioner to client. A healing feels like a warm, calming, glow of energy flowing through and around you. You may experience a deep sense of calm, peace, clarity, and spiritual/emotional well-being.

Lisa Sheflet grew up with many psychic abilities and experiences, except she never knew that they were unique.
