Time To Blog About The Weather
It seems like I just blogged about this, but my guess would be it was last year at this time. Spring is here and that means all kinds of weather can be happening in any given day. It may seem silly to blog about the weather, but unless you’re living in a cave, you’ve noticed our weather patterns are definitely not what they used to be so we can’t rely on what used to be. I REALLY want to urge you to start checking in with your intuition about the weather when you’re planning any kind of event. It might seem a bit mind boggling that your intuition will know in April what the weather is going to be like July 4th or August 17th, but it does!!!
After a few years of rained out vacation days, my former boyfriend started trusting my intuition when picking out his vacation days. Every January he would have to turn in his vacation day requests and for a couple of years, the dates he picked out were rainy and cold. When your vacation is spent on your boat on the St.Croix river like his were, you want sunny, warm days. So one year I asked him if I could use my intuition to pick out his vacation days and he agreed.
I would hold a calendar in front of me and start with April. I would look at April and ask my inner voice if this month was a good time to ask for time off. Nope. I’d move on to May and get a yes feeling, so I would go one week at a time. Id ask about the first week? no. The second week? there was a little bit of yes followed by a maybe. Third week? Strong yes. Fourth week? No.
Then I would go on to the rest of the calendar months and do the same thing. It was amazing how accurate my inner voice was, EVERY TIME. When those vacation weeks came up, they weather was incredible for boating.
There was one July that we had blocked out for vacation time and the week before, the weather guys were predicting rain for that whole week. When the week arrived, the entire 7 days was sunny, no rain.
When you’re planning a family reunion, a wedding, a picnic, any kind of outdoor event, please get in the habit of checking in with your intuition so that you’ll have the right date for your event. If the minister tells you the church is already booked for that day, then keep checking with your intuition about the perfect day for your wedding. If you want a perfect sunny day, you can have one, but you need to ask for guidance with it.
My biggest concern now as we move into May is tornado’s and my sense is that this is going to be quite a year of heavy winds and tornadic conditions, so please check with your intuition about the weather. As we know, they come up fast and the weather stations are often just as surprised as we are. All you need to do is check in with your inner voice each morning. Ask it if there’s anything you need to know about the weather today. If your windows are open and you’re leaving for work, ask if you should close them.
If you are someone who feels things in your body (clairsentient), your body may feel whirly or hyper when there’s tornadic weather in the atmosphere, so learn to pay attention to it. If it’s tornadic weather and you start to feel the whirling sensation in your body, ASK YOUR INTUITION first of all to clear you of the energy, but then to guide you as to what to do about it.
We don’t have to be victims to the weather. We have our own meteorologist right inside our gut.
So please, please, please get in the habit of checking in internally, not only about the weather, but everything. It’s the coolest thing we’ve got going for us.
Sincerely,
Echo
