I’m busy in the kitchen today making 50 dozen ginger cookies to sell at the Cottage Christmas sale tomorrow. They are always a big hit. A couple of years ago after making a bunch to hand out to customers, many of them asked me to make them available to buy, so that’s how it all got started.
