Sunday Nights “Start Your Week off Right” with Kauai Ocean Blue and Red Rock Singing Bowl Meditation! Julie Seiler will bring the magic of the islands to you at Echo Bodine’s The Center for Intuitive Living for a unique experience of relaxation and healing. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of singing bowls as you let go of stress and tension. This 44 minute meditation session will help you find inner peace and balance amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life. Come and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit!
Sunday Nights, twice a month, or as calendar allows, 6:30 p.m. for 44 minutes/$22. Echo Bodine’s Center for Intuitive Living, 8 W. 66th Street, Richfield, MN. Bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on, and/or to cover your body. Consider a towel for under your lower back, knees or neck. An eye mask if you prefer and/or eye plugs if you are super sensitive to sound. Some people may prefer a  zero gravity chair to lay back in. The Center has regular chairs available, if you choose not to be on the floor or in zero gravity chair. Wear super comfy clothes and prepare for take off! Julie will get you safely into a meditative state, play the Kauai Ocean Blue and Red Rock singing bowls, pitched at 432 MHz – the most healing for the body, and safely get you out of the 44 minute meditation. These bowls presented themselves to Julie in June 2024, and came to life shortly thereafter. The Kauai Red Rock dirt came from the island herself, and the bowls have been rimmed with Lemarian seed crystals, with Gold Dolphin inlay. They are ready to help you reach your highest, most zen self, which will carry you through the week.

I woke up this morning with this whole conversation with my inner voice and I want to share it with you:

REALITY CHECK:

Today is November 8, 2024. Joe Biden is President. Kamala Harris is Vice President. Our lives are moving forward just as they were on Monday, the day before Election results.

I woke up today with a different perspective than the last three days. If I’m going to insist on living in the future that isn’t here, the future that we’re all trying to figure out, then look at it as a challenge. Have you got what it takes to stop looking at this through your limited mind or are you going to continue down your spiritual path trusting the voice within that keeps saying: “EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE OKAY.”

I had a class last night on navigating our fears as we move through this time and it was fascinating to watch people’s reaction to living intuitively. At the very end, some were still in their heads, trying to figure what this person is going to do and what that person is going to do. They have no knowledge how this will turn out, but they are still going to figure it out. Maybe that gives them peace of mind thinking they know what the results will be.

What came to me this morning is to take this on as a challenge. Get back to today, Friday, November 8, 2024, STOP watching the news and focus on the light within. Does that sound too simple?  Trust me. It’s so much easier getting caught up in the hate and anger going on right now than focusing on the goodness within. Can you take on this challenge? Those of you that have studied with me or read my books know the spiritual way is not easy, but it sure is worth it. So let’s do this together like we’ve done all the other challenges we’ve face. LOOK WITHIN.
