How does it work?
- go-at-your-own-pace video lectures with direct instruction and meditations.
- 3 live teleseminars, held every other week. The first one is held during the second week of class.) Submit your questions in advance or talk to me LIVE.
- partner activities: work with a practice partner by email or phone.
- individual activities for practice at home: clearing exercises, meditation, journal entries, and more.
- membership to a private community.
There’s a private Facebook group, and you can call in and talk to me LIVE every other week – I love to hear your stories!
