Last Day! Getting Through the Holidays starts tomorrow

Hello! Just a quick reminder that my 3-week class, Getting Through The Holidays starts tomorrow, November 30th.  We had so much fun last time we did this, and we’ve got another great group signed up again. I hope you can join us. It’s a nice stress reliever, full of conversation, Q&A, and guided meditations, and we sure could use that right now.

You might be wondering:

When is the first live call?

The first live Zoom call is Monday, November 30 at 6:00 pm CST.

How do I join the call?

Once you sign up, you’ll find all of the Zoom links on the course page.

If I can’t join the call live, will there be a recording?

Yes! The call will  be recorded. You can watch the call on the course page.

What else happens in class?

I’ll upload short videos each week that give fun, helpful suggestions for ways to get through the holiday season feeling more peaceful and hopeful. We’ll also do another live Zoom call at the end. All the videos have been spirit’s suggestions. Come join the fun!

Talk to you soon.

About Getting Through the Holidays

The workshop begins with a live Zoom call on Monday, November 30 at 6:00 p.m. CST. On the morning class begins, you will receive a reminder to log in to the course page for the link to our Zoom call (no you don’t have to belong to Zoom to sign up). The call will be recorded, so if you can’t join us live, just log in after the call to watch the video recording.
How the class works: all of the meditations and messages will be added to the course page as we go, so just check back every few days to look for my latest message whenever you need a lift. You will receive weekly messages and guided solutions to help keep you sane, grounded, and feeling hopeful during this time.
