Connect with your body and allow yourself some time to heal, release, and restore. This 90 minute practice will incorporate a slow flow to warm the body, breathing exercises to stimulate the mind, and restorative postures will give the body a deep stretch. We will end with a Yoga Nidra practice. Yogis will have short breaks between series to journal about the sensations in their body, images, thoughts, or emotions that arise.
Participants should bring a yoga mat, blocks or a bolster, and a yoga strap. Some blocks and straps will be provided. Option to bring a journal.
