This Friday night would be our usual Friday night Live Meditation at the Center which for obvious reasons, we won’t be meeting at the Center but the idea that came to me last month seemed to work well, so let’s do it again. This time I’m only going to charge $15 since the meditation was shorter than 45 minutes and we don’t have the atmosphere of the Center.

I will pre-record the meditation and after I’ve received a confirmation from paypal, venmo or a note saying you’re sending me a check, I will email you the meditation.   This is a great solution for all of us.

My intuition is saying June 19th is the date of our next Aurapalooza. It will be great to see everyone that attends here in the Twin Cities. In the meantime, I hope you’re staying sane during the quarantine. I’ve been busy sewing which is a creative outlet for me. I hope you have something creative to keep you feeling happy and stress free. We’re almost through this………………..and let’s not get worried about the “fall being worse”. No one knows that for sure and the fall isn’t here yet, so let’s just stay in the now and keep reminding ourselves this too shall pass. Look for that silver lining everyday and hopefully the meditation will help as well.
